Il contest con cadenza annuale promuove, valorizza e premia le migliori soluzioni di imballaggio. L’edizione 2021 è organizzata da Packaging Meeting Srl, promossa dall’Istituto Italiano Imballaggio e patrocinata dalla Fondazione Carta Etica del Packaging.

A queste domande ha risposto in modo efficace la fondazione carta etica del packaging:
Packaging è dappertutto. È un oggetto la cui diffusione si esprime in tutta la sua evidenza: ogni anno, ognuno di noi entra in contatto con almeno 8000 imballaggi. È un mezzo potente, più di quanto spesso si consideri. È un oggetto trasversale, un vero e proprio oggetto di massa, che si dà per essere usato da tutti; è emblema del nostro modello di consumo, che deve vederci sempre più responsabili. È “esca”, attraverso la propria capacità seduttiva, che ci attrae nella rete degli acquisti e che ci lusinga. La Carta Etica del Packaging vuole essere, quindi, uno strumento di riflessione e di impegno, attorno al quale convergere. Un documento di principi da condividere per accompagnare il packaging verso un futuro più consapevole. La Carta Etica del Packaging si pone come strumento per una “cultura di sistema”: intende mettere in rapporto obblighi e diritti che legano il momento della produzione con quello dell’utilizzo e consumo, soggetti che sono portatori di obblighi e soggetti che godono di diritti e aspettative. La Carta Etica del Packaging mette in relazione il piano dei diritti, il piano dei principi, il piano dei valori per sancire un contratto ideale tra gli attori del sistema, affinché si impegnino a condividere principi verso cui tendere, senza sovrapporsi alle normative, e rendendo pubblica questa scelta.
